So since Christmas is coming up and I've been saving, I'm hoping to purchase a new camera. I love my Kodak easyshare z650 but because it's so digital, I'm really limited with what I can do in terms of settings, focus, etc. I don't need anything top of the line or state of the art like Nikon d80 (although I wouldn't mind having that.. hehe) but anything less digital than my Kodak will suffice. I'm new to the camera market so any tips and suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. I'm primarily looking for something manual but digital so I don't have to use film. I'm open to any brand but I'm on a budget so nothing too expensive.
If anyone has any suggestions, tips, words of wisdom, or advice, I will be eternally grateful. Thanks!
